World Environment Day – June 5

St. Ann’s School observed World Environment Day with the theme “Beat Plastic Pollution.” Principal Rev. Dr. Sr. Pushpa Palackal addressed the students on the importance of environmental care. Highlights of the day included a dance drama, poem recital, theme-based dance, and a poster designing competition. A sapling was also planted by the Principal and students as a pledge to protect nature.

St Ann’s witnessed a momentous occasion on June 25, 2024, as it embarked on a journey of cultural enrichment and academic discovery with the inauguration of a wide spectrum of club activities.

Mr.Hari Vasudevan, an advertising professional and pioneer batch student, presided over the function. Rev.Sr. Dr. Susy Cholenkerry, while addressing the gathering, shed light on the plethora of opportunities these clubs offer for personal growth.

We celebrated Environment day on 5 th June, 2024 with the aim of inspiring our children to reflect on how they can become a blessing to the earth rather than a burden. The event was graced by Dr. Bindu Anil kumar, an esteemed alumna from the first batch of 1975, and Mr. Eloor Mohan, Retired FACT employee, and a bird photographer who both shared their thoughts on the occasion.

Wow! We love to rush back to our school !!

The school re-opened on 3rd June 2024.
